In addition to primary health care services, including episodic and chronic illness visits, the following services are provided:
· Blood pressure screenings
· Blood glucose screening
· Wellness exams for adults and children
· Referrals to specialists as needed
· Assistance with qualifying for Patient Assistance Programs for prescription medications
We are open from 8:30am - 12:00pm on the second Saturday of every month.
